• Base Salary: $220K - $240000.00

Job Description:

• Internal Medicine Physician
• Two Clinic Locations near Grand Rapids, MI (Muskegon and Holland, MI)
• 3 days in Muskegon and 2 in Holland
• Services in our onsite health clinic include primary medical care, prescriptions, therapies and advance care planning.
• Patients base is 55 plus and geared towards Dementia and Geriatric medicine.
• Medication Management, Lab tests, Social Services, Wound Care, Advance Care Planning, Comprehensive End of Life and Comfort Care
• Low turnover group with their MDs and NPs
• Team setting and collaborative group. Not a solo position. Its a team of OT/PTs, NPs, PAs, psychologist, social workers assisting the physicians.
• 40hrs a week. 8am - 4:30PM
• Volume: 3-10 patients per day!
• Call 1 week every 8 weeks.

Profile Background:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine
• Ability to hold a Michigan State Medical License
