**Job Title: TIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder who will be responsible for welding primarily on stainless steel, fabricating metal, and ensuring very high tolerance and quality for our niche products. This role requires precision and expertise in interpreting blueprints and schematics. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding primarily on stainless steel materials. + Ensure high tolerance and quality in welding for niche products. + Fabricate metal components as required. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in TIG welding. + Experience in metal fabrication. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Competence in welding stainless steel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Progressive weld test, including Halflap T Joint 14 Gauge. **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities for growth and learning new skills, along with company benefits and paid time off. The work shift is typically from 6am to 3:30pm, with occasional extensions to 5pm, and no weekends required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
