Hiring Now! Warehouse/Production Associate – Doral, $14.50/hr

📍 Location: Doral, FL – Established company with over 35 years in business.
💰 Salary: $14.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
🕒 Schedule: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Night Shift) Full-time, Monday to Friday.
***We may have openings on the day shift.*** 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
🗣️ Language: English not required – 100% Spanish-speaking work environment.

Responsibilities:

The employee will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining garment quality throughout the various stages of the production process. This includes:
• Folding, labeling, and packing finished products accurately and carefully
• Loading, moving, and organizing boxes
• Loading and unloading machines, processing clothing/garments in the oven
• Checking quality (imperfections, measurements, colors, texture, etc.)
• Operating as assigned: loader, unloader, packer, or setup
• Meeting daily productivity and quality goals
• Following safety rules within the warehouse.

Working conditions:
The work is performed indoors in a warehouse, where it can be hot. Some positions require standing for extended periods, while others may involve more physical movement.

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have permission to work in the U.S. All legal documents must be current and in order.
• Maintain good physical condition and a positive attitude
• Punctuality and responsibility
• Background check required
