Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual administrative support to the team at 3 Leaf Realty Inc.
  • Handle email correspondence, calendar management, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in managing documents, data entry, and updating client records.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other team members as needed.
  • Perform general office tasks and maintain organized digital files.
  • Conduct research and gather information on properties, neighborhoods, and real estate market trends.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for virtual work.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:
