Our people are our biggest asset and share a common passion for customer service, which has helped shape us into the industry leader we are today. **Position Overview:** This is a remote role that will support the Commercial Virtual Design and Construction team with a focus on building and managing Revit models. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in the remote team environment. Our ideal candidate would be in Eastern or Central time zones. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop, maintain and troubleshoot detailed Revit models for ductwork, mechanical piping and plumbing trades. + Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency. + Create and manage drawings, schedules, and other project documentation using Revit. + Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices. + Perform model reviews and quality control to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards. + Provide technical support and training for team members on Revit software and BIM processes. + Stay updated with the latest Revit features and BIM technologies to continuously improve workflows. + Adheres to established BIM and project standards to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables. **Qualifications:** + 5 years of experience working with Autodesk Revit in a professional setting. + Strong proficiency in Revit, experience with modeling and coordination a plus. + Experience with BIM processes and standards. + Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems and their integration within Revit. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects. + Certification in Revit or related BIM software is a plus. + Strong attention to detail. + Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development. + Responds constructively to change and adjusts workflows to support shifting project priorities.
