As an IC2-level engineer, you will work on the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud services and tools that deliver mission-critical infrastructure for our customers. This is an early-career, individual contributor position, ideal for engineers with some professional experience hungry to grow their technical and collaboration skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for the OCI platform.

• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other engineers to deliver features from concept to production.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to Oracle's engineering best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, provide and incorporate constructive feedback.

• Debug and resolve technical issues as part of the development lifecycle.

• Contribute to documentation and automated test coverage.

• Participate in on-call rotations to support the health, uptime, and reliability of production services, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents as needed.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends relevant to cloud infrastructure.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $68,500 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
