Responsibilities
Profitability: Follows all cash control and security procedures, including safe and drawer management. Maintains inventory through daily and weekly inspections and oversees receipt of truck orders.
Guest: Leads the team in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service in a clean and welcoming environment, consistently aiming to exceed guest expectations.
People: Coaches and provides feedback to team members to build skills, enhance performance, and support a high-functioning team.
Operations: Leads by example, executing shift plans and driving strong operational results. Ensures accurate product preparation and timely service, motivates team members across all workstations, and evaluates performance to identify areas of improvement. Maintains compliance with brand and operational standards, and steps in to perform team member duties when needed.
