We are currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team in Remote, West Bengal (IN-WB), India (IN).

Core Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or Informatica Cloud.
Architect and implement data integration solutions across Azure, Snowflake, and Synapse platforms.
Collaborate with data architects, QA analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure data quality, performance, and compliance.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews and sprint planning.
Troubleshoot complex data issues and lead root cause analysis and resolution efforts.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Informatica tools.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data lakes, and data warehouses.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, Git, and CI/CD practices.
Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and data governance.
Exposure to GenAI concepts and their implementation in data engineering frameworks.
Soft Skills
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and lead offshore delivery teams.
Experience in Agile environments and stakeholder engagement.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (graduate degree preferred).
8–10 years of relevant experience in data engineering.
Two or more certifications in data engineering or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Informatica)."
