Job Description

About Our Client Our client is an established organization that recently entered a high-growth, entrepreneurial phase. Generating $20M+ in revenue with over 300 employees, they are aggressively expanding their market footprint and focusing on strategic efficiency. Offering the stability of an established business with the urgency and innovation of a scaling operation.

The Opportunity This is a brand-new, high-impact position created to be the sole, dedicated Salesforce expert for the organization. You will own the entire Salesforce platform, directly supporting critical teams like Sales, Service, and Installation. Reporting to executive leadership, your work will be essential in ensuring the platform is optimized to support our rapid sales growth and future strategic initiatives, including planned mergers and acquisitions (M&A). If you are ready to move from maintenance to architect-level ownership, this is your chance.

What You Will Do
  • Administer the entire Salesforce platform (and its integrations), with a primary focus on maintaining a clean, scalable system, including user management, security, and configuration.
  • Oversee all data governance, performing regular data audits, and actively managing complex data import/export and migration activities, especially in support of M&A due diligence and execution.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to identify inefficient processes and implement impactful system enhancements and automations (e.g., using Flow) to drive business efficiency.
  • Design and build strategic reports, dashboards, and KPIs that provide executive management with accurate, actionable insights into business performance.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert, providing training, support, and documentation to all users to maximize platform adoption and proper use.

Who You Are
  • You have 5+ years of dedicated professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • You hold a current and active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • You are an expert in managing API integrations, complex data flows, and end-to-end data migration projects.
  • You have a strong track record of designing and implementing process automations, strategic reports, and executive dashboards.
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • You possess a Salesforce Consultant (e.g., Sales Cloud) or Salesforce Architect Certification. (Preferred)
  • You are comfortable with or actively employ architect-level thinking when designing scalable, enterprise solutions. (Preferred)
  • You have familiarity with light development or coding skills (e.g., Apex, Lightning Components). (Preferred)
  • You have experience integrating CRM systems from M&A activity. (Preferred)
The Ideal Candidate for this Salesforce Administrator role is a mid-to-senior level expert (5+ years of experience) who operates with an architect-level mindset. You are a proactive self-starter who is comfortable taking full ownership of the platform and driving projects end-to-end. Beyond day-to-day administration, you possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, enabling you to design scalable solutions and deliver actionable business insights. Culturally, you thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment and are a highly effective communicator, eager to collaborate directly with executive stakeholders to align the Salesforce platform with aggressive company growth and strategic M&A initiatives.

Why Join the Team? Join a supportive, high-energy, and entrepreneurial culture that is in a rapid growth phase. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the company’s success by owning the core business platform. You will have close collaboration with C-level executives and company leaders in the new St. Petersburg headquarters, offering a clear path for career growth, potentially into team leadership in the future.
