Type: Project-Based or Full-Time
We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead renovation projects within an operating skilled nursing facility in Orlando.
This role requires experience managing healthcare or institutional renovations , strong knowledge of Florida codes, and the ability to coordinate work in an occupied environment with minimal disruption to residents and staff.
Manage renovation projects from planning through closeout
Coordinate contractors, schedules, and inspections
Oversee work in an occupied healthcare setting
Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code, Life Safety, and ADA
Control budgets, schedules, and change orders
Communicate regularly with ownership and facility leadership
7+ years construction project management experience
Healthcare, SNF, or assisted living renovation experience preferred
Experience with occupied facility renovations
Strong knowledge of Florida permitting and inspections
Proficiency with construction management software
Florida GC, CCM, or PMP
OSHA 30
