Production Supervisor – Bottling / Packaging Lines**
Location: BuzzBallz – Carrollton, TX
Reports To: Bottling Manager
Role Summary
We are hiring a Production Supervisor to lead high-speed bottling and packaging lines producing ready-to-drink beverages. This role is responsible for day-to-day supervision of operators running filling, capping, labeling, case packing, and palletizing equipment , ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are met.
This is a floor-based, hands-on leadership role focused on line performance, changeovers, staffing, and continuous improvement.
Supervise daily operations on bottling and packaging lines including fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers, and palletizers
Lead and coach operators and leads to achieve throughput, OEE, yield, and scrap targets
Execute and oversee line changeovers , startups, and shutdowns
Monitor line efficiency, downtime, and quality defects , driving corrective actions
Partner with Maintenance on troubleshooting equipment issues and preventive maintenance coordination
Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and safety programs
Verify production documentation, batch counts, and shift handoff communication
Maintain strong housekeeping and 5S standards across assigned lines
Bachelor's Degree
Supervisory or lead experience in bottling, filling, or packaging operations
Hands-on experience with high-speed production lines
Familiarity with fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, case packers, palletizers
Ability to manage changeovers, staffing, and line performance
Experience in food, beverage, CPG, or alcohol manufacturing
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Beverage or alcohol bottling experience
Knowledge of OEE, scrap reduction, yield improvement
GMP, HACCP, SQF, or FSSC exposure
Lean, continuous improvement, or Kaizen participation
Forklift certified (or willingness to train)
