We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bread Shaper to join our dynamic team in a high-volume production kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for artisanal bread-making, with a focus on shaping and baking hearth breads to perfection. If you have a strong background in bread production, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Expertly shape and mold a variety of hearth breads, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
2. Operate and maintain shaping equipment and tools, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
3. Collaborate with other team members in the baking process to ensure seamless production flow.
4. Follow established recipes and guidelines to meet production targets and quality standards.
5. Monitor and adjust baking conditions, including temperature, humidity, and oven settings, to achieve optimal results.
6. Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards to guarantee a clean and safe working environment.
7. Assist in training new team members on shaping techniques and production processes.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience shaping and baking hearth breads in a high-volume production kitchen.
2. Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques, including fermentation, shaping, and baking.
3. Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing consistently high-quality products.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Flexibility to work early morning or evening shifts as required.
7. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trays, and perform repetitive tasks.
