HOW AN IT PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: - Oversee the seamless functioning of IT systems across the department.
- Serve as the central point of coordination and communication for all IT Operations activities across program, facilitating collaboration and information exchange between various stakeholders.
- Monitor the quality control to include Contractor personnel performance and quality of products in support of the program.
- Support Sponsor-directed outreach efforts regarding the Sponsors data collection program and capabilities.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE: - Ensure smooth operation of IT system across all program departments, including infrastructure, platforms, data management, modeling, and applications.
- Coordinate and communicate all IT Operations activities, including planned and unplanned events, to keep program stakeholders informed about potential impacts and resolutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT Operations activities, facilitating collaboration and information exchange between various stakeholders, including internal departments and external partner.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of IT Operations workflow, activities, and their interdependencies, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to program front office and department chiefs on all IT Operations activities, performance, and issues.
- Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing the required activities to support documentation to meet the Sponsor's data compliance requirements (e.g., legal, data policy)
Degree(s): - Undergraduate degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or similar scientific or technical discipline.
- Graduate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or another scientific or technical discipline.
- Degree or equivalent in CS, MIS, Economics, Physics, Genetics, or Engineering related field, especially Supercomputing-related.

- Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Location: Tyson's VA, On Customer Site
- US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $138,063 - $186,791. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
