**Position:** Industrial Electrician **Location:** (Insert Location) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Reports To:** Maintenance Supervisor / Plant Manager **About the Role** We are seeking a skilled **Industrial Electrician** to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems in our industrial facility. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment, supporting production and minimizing downtime. **Key Responsibilities** + Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and components according to technical diagrams. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in industrial machinery and control systems. + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment. + Facilities electrical duties + Ensure compliance with **NEC standards** and all safety regulations. + Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and inspections. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED + Minimum 5 years electrical experience. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Familiarity with local, state, and national electrical codes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Randolph, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $73840.00 - $73840.00/yr. Benefits: You will be eligible to participate in the Company's employee benefit plans offered at your location, including health care, life insurance, and disability coverage. Details of these plans will be sent to you separately upon hire or completion of probationary period if applicable. 401k Plan: The Company offers a tax qualified 401(k) savings plan to help you save toward retirement. Details will be sent to you separately and are subject to plan terms and conditions. Current company contributions are: - 3% of your eligible compensation regardless of whether you contribute to the plan, and - 100% of your deferred pre-tax savings up to 6% of your base pay.
