Position Overview
We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team in Central New Jersey. This full-scope primary care role offers the opportunity to work across Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Womens Health (non-OB/GYN) services. This position is ideal for physicians looking for a collaborative, community-oriented practice with potential for long-term partnership.

Schedule & Workload

  • 40 clinical hours per week

  • Options for 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour weekday schedules

  • Saturday rotation: ~1 in 6

  • Home call: ~1 in 9

  • Outpatient only no inpatient or hospital rounding

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care for patients of all ages

  • Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and womens health services

  • Collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated, continuous care

  • Maintain accurate documentation with dictation or scribe support

  • Utilize telehealth to manage patient care between visits

  • Demonstrate integrity, initiative, and commitment to patient-first care

Qualifications

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Active New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA

  • Excellent bedside and webside manner

  • Strong technical proficiency and EMR familiarity

  • Background, reference, and malpractice clearance

  • J-1 waiver eligible
