Job Description

Executive Assistant

We are looking for an experienced executive assistant with 3+ years of experience working for US firms. You will be working with the same client and will be placed with one client permanently. This is a long-term, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling senior admin tasks including email, business report, and meeting management.
• Overseeing complex projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring all targets are met.
• Preparing business documents including contracts, reports, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Managing customer and partner liaison, and communicating with customers independently.
• Conducting business research and creating business proposals for prospective new clients.
• Managing paid and organic social media, editing photos and videos, and designing visuals.
• Assisting with light bookkeeping, overseeing payments, and reconciling business expenses.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years of senior experience working as an EA for clients in the US.
• Excellent level of spoken and written English (9/10) and exceptional communication skills.
• Recent experience working night shifts from home, and no history of jumping jobs.
• Strong knowledge (8/10+) of Google Suite, MS Office, Asana or Trello or Monday.com.
• Familiarity (8/10+) with all tasks listed above, and a proactive, confident, strong personality.
