As a valued leader on our team, you will manage a team who is responsible for planning and implementing all aspects of marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Enterprise Marketing and Communications Manager (Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Research and identify changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluate, adjust, or redraft the organization's marketing plan and philosophy.
  • Establish and monitor adherence to guidelines for developing and implementing marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
  • Ensure the team stays informed of changes in the marketing environment and coordinate market research projects.
  • Guide the team in creating and conveying brand messages, and improving brand awareness.
  • Marketing Strategy and Management : Experience in developing consumer channel and touchpoint strategies based on data/insights and gap analysis to support overarching Enterprise and individual business segment goals.
  • Analytical Mindset : Collects and analyzes data from various departments and external resources regarding trends, KPIs for measurement and impact assessment to apply to strategic decisions and recommendations.
  • Communication and Storytelling : Clearly present information and results to an audience verbally or in writing in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. Includes presentations, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with business leaders, strategic marketers, to determine content and functionality prioritization and development for audience segments.
Qualifications

  • 6 years

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 8 -10 years of experience
  • Collaboration and relationships : Skilled Relationship Manager including managing and engaging stakeholders, internal partners and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc. Can work with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity : Enjoys projects that evaluate new ideas in an experimental environment, and the challenge of solving complex problems. Able to navigate new territories, lead and motivate others through uncertainty, and respond to changing priorities.

Skills

  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Sales, Marketing, and PR including marketing products, social media marketing, creating collateral, planning and developing campaigns, managing the media, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
  • Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
  • Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
