We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Superintendent with 10+ years of proven leadership in Dry Utilities , bringing a strong background across Traffic Signals, Street Lighting, Caltrans projects, Municipal Infrastructure, Airports, and Public Works .

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in managing complex electrical infrastructure projects, coordinating field teams, and ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Experience

• Extensive work with PG&E, SMUD, Caltrans, Municipalities (City/County Projects), Airfields/Airports, and Controls & SCADA Systems .
• Capable of:
• Ordering and coordinating all required materials for Foremen and crews.
• Performing field layout, installation details, and sketches.
• Leading field teams in executing large-scale electrical projects.
• Developing detailed 3-week project schedules aligned with production goals.
• Coordinating closely with Project Managers, Foremen, Clients, Inspectors, and Crews .

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all field operations.
• Lead execution with emphasis on Safety, Productivity, Budget, Quality Control, Equipment, and Scheduling .
• Manage material procurement, delivery timelines, and inventory.
• Ensure successful project outcomes through effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders, including Owners, GCs, Subcontractors, and Vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Dry Utilities leadership in electrical infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with PG&E, SMUD, Caltrans, Municipal Projects, Airfields/Airports, and SCADA/Controls Systems .
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• Plan reading & layout
• Excavation & trenching methods and equipment
• Soil conditions, shoring, and dewatering
• Underground duct & conduit systems
• Pull boxes, vaults, backfill techniques, and material usage
• Proven track record as a Superintendent, General Foreman, or equivalent leadership role .
• Tech-savvy : Comfortable with laptops/tablets, digital documentation, and email.
• Proficiency in software such as Procore, Google Drive, HCSS Heavy Job, PlanGrid, Bluebeam , or similar.
• Ability to generate and manage Safety Docs (JHAs), Daily Reports, T&M Tags, and Material/Equipment Requests .
