**Beauty Advisor - Dyson** Employment Type**Part Time** Location**IL - SCHAUMBURG** **ActionLink wants YOU to be a part of our winning Dyson Beauty team!** We are seeking a**Part Time Beauty Advisor** who will be excited about bringing to life the latest innovations in hair styling tools. **Position Overview** Our Beauty Advisor will represent our client, Dyson, and their premium line of hair styling products. You will visit local Nordstrom and Sephora stores to engage shoppers and demonstrate all the reasons why Dyson hair styling tools are pioneering and the best that money can buy! Dyson's Supersonic hair dryer, Airwrap styler, Airstrait wet to dry straightener, and Corrale cordless straightener have revolutionized the beauty industry by combining cutting-edge mechanical technology with stunning design. Join our team to create memorable experiences and share your expertise with customers so they can look and feel their best every day! **Schedule and Main Location** + 14-16 hours per weekend + Saturdays and Sundays + Nordstrom and Sephora stores in Schaumburg, IL **What We Offer** + $30.00-$33.00per hour, commensurate with experience + Cosmetologists with current license may earn higher pay rate + 401(k) plan with employer match + Paid online training to certify you on Dyson product knowledge + W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule + Paid time off **What you will do** + Share enthusiasm about the Dyson brand with store associates and customers + Conduct interactive styling demos & product presentations to individuals and groups + Provide engaging beauty consultations and expert product knowledge advice to increase sales + Train store personnel to communicate Dyson information with confidence + Maintain visual product display standards + Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and beauty advisors + Participate in paid training sessions and team conference calls + Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift **If you are a match, we would love to connect with you!** + Valid cosmetology license stronglypreferred + High energy and strong relationship-building skills + Experience in hair styling and/or working in a salon environment + Experience in retail sales preferred + Access to reliable vehicle transportation to commute to assigned stores + Must adhere to dress code/professional appearance standards and demeanor + Access to a smart device to complete reporting and communicate with district manager + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time Equal Opportunity Employer \#DYSBEAU
